Strengthening administrative efficiency through eRegistry training
The training focused on the practical application of eRegistry as a key tool for modern administrative management, covering the prerequisites for establishing an electronic registry, as well as the roles and responsibilities of administrative staff, including heads of local administrations, system administrators, clerks dispatchers, and processors.
Participants explored both the internal and external use of the system, with demonstrations of standard procedures within the eRegistry, as well as its integration with the national eGovernment portal. Particular attention was given to the ways in which eRegistry contributes to more efficient, accessible, and higher-quality e-services for citizens.
The sessions also included practical demonstrations of submitting requests through the eGovernment portal, followed by discussions on practical challenges and user-specific questions.
Welcomed by over 50 participants as highly useful, timely and well organized, the training represents another step towards strengthening digital transformation and improving service delivery at the local level.
