Two-Day Lessons Learned Workshop Held
This event brought together key project stakeholders: representatives of local self-government units (LSGs), national institutions, and United Nations partner agencies. To maximize the effectiveness of gathering insights on the program's progress to date, the workshop was organized through an interactive and inventive approach.
Through dynamic group discussions, simulations, and creative sessions, participants had the opportunity to openly review all aspects of the work done so far. This format enabled a high level of engagement from all attendees and encouraged the creation of new ideas for future cooperation. The focus of the workshop was on a constructive analysis of the results achieved so far. A detailed review was conducted to determine what functioned well in the previous period, in order to standardize these successful practices and apply them in the future.
On the other hand, an equally important segment was identifying room for growth – key challenges and areas that can be improved were recognized, which forms the basis for the further development of sustainable social services. The joint conclusion of all participants is that the knowledge acquired through the "PRO - Local Governance for People and Nature" Programme becomes a permanent shared resource for building a stronger and more connected community.
